A regulatory flood zone, a home’s flood history and its street’s drainage are three different things. No village in the Kingwood guide is described as flood-free.
Questions
Did Kingwood flood in Hurricane Harvey?
Parts of Kingwood flooded in Hurricane Harvey in 2017. That history is not a map of which homes flooded. Research the address.

How do I research flooding for one Kingwood address?
Look up the address on FEMA’s Flood Map Service Center, check the Harris County flood tools, read the seller’s disclosure, and ask the seller about prior flooding. For a Montgomery County address, use that county’s floodplain office.

Should I get a flood insurance quote if the home is outside a mapped flood zone?
Get a flood insurance quote during the option period even when the home is outside a mapped flood zone. A zone is not the same thing as a home’s history.

This page does not publish a flood-insurance premium, deductible or NFIP rate for Kingwood. A quote comes from an insurance agent for the address.
