ProposedThe plan covers 6.73 miles of SH 99 between Springwoods Village Parkway and Townsen Boulevard, adding a third lane each way and new direct connectors between I-45 and the Grand Parkway. It would be paid for with toll revenue. Construction would begin in late 2027 and take about five years.
