I have helped 2,035 families over 13 years, buyers, sellers and investors across Houston and its surrounding communities. My work runs from new construction to luxury property, and I lead a commercial division for owners of income and business property.
I am a Texas-licensed real estate broker and REALTOR® based in Kingwood, ranked in the top 1% of REALTOR®s in Houston. Other agents bring me their contract questions, I teach contract classes, and I coach working agents. My clients get that same knowledge on their side of the table.
I also invest. I buy, renovate and hold property in this market, so when I advise you on price, repairs or timing, I am drawing on decisions I have made with my own money.

On the course
A golfer who lives on the course.
I am a serious golfer and I live on the Forest course at Kingwood Country Club. I have played the Clubs of Kingwood courses for years: the Island, Lake, Marsh and Forest courses at Kingwood Country Club, and Deerwood.
That matters when you are buying or selling a golf-course home. I can tell you which holes a home sits on, where errant shots land, how the view changes through the seasons, and what membership involves. I am also involved in youth golf programs here.
