Where it is

Atascocita is an unincorporated area of northeast Harris County on the west shore of Lake Houston, east of Humble along FM 1960. Many addresses here read Humble, TX 77346.

Homes and character

Golf-course neighborhoods, lake-area homes and master-planned sections with pools, trails and parks. Homes range from 1980s resales to recent construction.

Getting around

FM 1960 and West Lake Houston Parkway are the main corridors, connecting to I-69/US-59 at Humble and to Beltway 8 to the south. I do not quote drive times, because they change with the hour and the exact address.

Schools

Addresses here are served by Humble ISD. Attendance zones change, so verify the zoned schools for any specific address directly with the district before you buy.
