HOA

Kingwood HOAs.

Kingwood is organized into villages. Each village’s association, and the Kingwood Service Association for shared parks, is a separate question from the purchase price.

Village pages on this site name the association when an official source does, and they show dues only when an association, management certificate or district states a plain amount. A fee from a listing site is not published. The Kingwood Service Association is the body village research cites for shared parks such as Deer Ridge Park. A pool tag in at least one village also admits residents to other area pools under the KSA joint pool agreement. That is not a statement that every village works the same way.

Dues differ by village and by year, so this page does not publish one Kingwood HOA amount. Check the village page and the association’s own document.

Questions

Is there one HOA for all of Kingwood?

No. Kingwood is organized into villages, and the association documents are village-specific. The Kingwood Service Association is a separate body cited for shared parks.

Where do Kingwood HOA dues on this site come from?

Only from the association, its management certificate or a district. If that document does not state a plain amount, the page does not show a number.
