The short version
Kingwood Greens is one of the smaller villages, with about 212 homes, and its homes are larger than most in Kingwood, a median of about 4,150 sq ft. It was built out by 1999. The Forest Course runs through the community, and listings regularly describe views of its holes. Kings Harbor's shops and restaurants sit across West Lake Houston Parkway.
Kings Point is one of the largest villages by home count and among the larger by home size, which puts it on most move-up buyers' lists. The Reserve at Kings Point is a section within it with its own association pool on Hidden Lakes Drive. Community Impact estimated dues at about $690 a year in 2021; confirm the current amount with the association.

Which should you choose?
Choose Kingwood Greens for a gated, golf-course setting and larger homes, and plan for a higher price point. Choose Kings Point for more homes to choose from, lake-side village amenities and a lower median value. In both, check the specific street’s drainage history, the section’s deed restrictions and the zoned schools for the address.
