Why didn't my Kingwood listing sell?
Quick answer. Most listings that don’t sell were priced above what recent comparable sales support, showed condition issues buyers priced in, or had weak photos and limited exposure. Houston was a balanced market in August 2026 at 5.3 months of inventory (HAR), so buyers had choices and compared closely. Fix the price, condition and presentation before you relist.

How I relaunch an expired Kingwood listing
- A new pricing opinion from recent sales in your village and section.
- A walk-through to list what buyers will flag, with costs.
- New photography, floor plan and video, and a fresh launch date.
- A clear plan for showings, feedback and price review dates.
- A net sheet so you know your numbers at each price.
Every home and market is different. I don’t promise a sale price or timeline; I show you the data and the plan.
