My take: Aliana is a good fit when the clubs and Fort Bend ISD matter more than a new build. I'd check whether the house is in MUD 134B or 134C, get the dues from the resale certificate, and look at how close the lot sits to the Grand at Aliana's next phase. Then put it side by side with Harvest Green, because the two share a highway and a lot of buyers.
