Before you buy on a course

• Club membership is private and separate from owning a home. Ask the club about current options.
• Know which hole the home sits on, where shots land and how close the cart path and tee boxes are.
• Read the deed restrictions for fence, pool and exterior rules along the course.
• Price the lot separately from the house, using sales on the same course.
