Overview and layout

Planned redesign: front nine all par 3s, lit for night play, with two double greens; back nine a regulation 3,400-yard par 36; either nine playable alone. 1

Plan adds a double-deck driving range, new clubhouse with restaurant and pro shop, adaptive First Tee area, and interconnected stormwater ponds expected to cut potable water use about 50 percent. 1

A two-mile walking loop around the course will be restored, with large oaks transplanted along it. 2
