Questions

About this portfolio

What is the asking price of the rental portfolio?

The asking price is shared with qualified buyers along with the investor package. The $3.30 million shown on this page is Michael's estimate of market value from current market data, not the asking price and not an appraisal.

Why are the property addresses not on the website?

To protect the residents and the owner's privacy, addresses, photos of individual homes and lease details are shared privately with qualified buyers instead of being posted publicly.

Do the leases stay in place if I buy the portfolio?

Leases generally continue after a sale, and under Texas Property Code Section 92.105 the new owner becomes responsible for returning tenants' security deposits from the date title is acquired. The rent roll and estoppels in the package show what transfers.
