Royal Brook opened in 2016 as the first new section of Kingwood to offer homes in years, with about 1,100 homes planned. Hueni Road divides it, and some sections are in Montgomery County with Porter addresses.
What sets Royal Brook apart
Royal Brook is the place in Kingwood to find homes built since 2017. It is also the place where county, school district and city status depend most on the exact section. Harris County sections show Humble ISD schools; Montgomery County sections show New Caney ISD; and Friendswood says the patio-home section attends New Caney ISD. The pool house on Grayson Oaks Lane was built in 2017 and 2018.
